Terms of Service — Anchor Point Mobile Marine (including SMS)

Agreement

By booking service, using our customer portal, or giving us a mobile number for job communications with Anchor Point Mobile Marine (“Anchor Point,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide mobile marine repair and related customer communications (portal, estimates and invoices, and transactional SMS about your work order). What’s included, pricing, and timing are whatever we agree for your specific job.

SMS terms

• When you give us your mobile number for a job, you agree to get transactional texts about that job (scheduling, status, estimate or invoice links, and two-way support).
• We do not send marketing or promotional SMS under this program.
• How often we text depends on the job. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel SMS; reply HELP for help. After STOP we won’t text that number for this SMS program; we may still need to finish the job by call or email.
• Carriers aren’t responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Portal & accounts

The portal is for reviewing your job estimate, invoice, pay status, and related messages. Keep magic links and session access to yourself. We may suspend access if there’s misuse or a security risk.

Payments

Card payments may run through Stripe or another processor — their terms cover card handling. An estimate isn’t binding until it’s approved the way we show in the portal or ops process for your job.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse SMS or the portal (harassment, spam, illegal content, or trying to break security). We can cut off communications for abuse.

Disclaimers

Services and communications are provided as available. We’re not responsible for carrier or network failures, mistyped numbers you give us, or delays outside our reasonable control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Anchor Point’s liability related to SMS or portal communications is limited to the fees you paid for the specific job that led to the claim. Some places don’t allow certain limits.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is in our Privacy Policy: /privacy (same site).

Changes

We may update these Terms. If you keep using the service after an update, you accept the revised Terms for future jobs and communications.
